宫腔镜在子宫内膜增厚患者中的临床应用价值探讨

Abstract

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical application significance of hysteroscopy in patients with endometrial thickening lesions.Methods120 patients from May 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital were selected,all the patients received：transvaginal ultrasound examinations because of abnormal vaginal bleeding and the ultrasound results showed endometrial thickening.60 cases who were given the diagnostic curettage were selected as the diagnostic curettage group,60 cases received hysteroscopy in in-patient department were selected as the hysteroscopy group.The differences of diagnostic results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.ResultsThe detection rate of endometrial polyp, submucosal myoma of uterus and uterine adhesions in hysteroscopy group was higher than that in the diagnostic curettage group respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the endometrial polyp,submucosal myoma of uterus and endometrial hyperplasia in the hysteroscopy group was statistically higher than that in the diagnostic curettage group.ConclusionHysteroscopy has the advantage of direct sight of intrauterine lesions,drawing target materials and higher diagnosis accuracy,it is worth for the diagnosis of endometrial thickness.
