悬浮式牵引床治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of suspended traction bed in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods130 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group(n=67)and the control group(n=63).The treatment group was treated with suspended traction bed,while the control group was treated with traditional technique.The effects of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe total scores of symptoms and daily activities in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The total scores of symptoms and daily activities after treatment in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The symptom score,daily activity score and total score of the treatment group after discharge at 1 year were significantly lower than those of the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe long-term effect of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by suspended traction bed is better than that of not use suspended traction bed.
