不同浓度氯己定口腔护理在ICU气管插管患者中的应用效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo study the application effect of Chlorhexidine with different concentration applied in oral nursingfor patients in ICU with tracheal intubation.Methods80 patients in ICU with tracheal intubation treated in our hospital from May 2015 and December 2016 were selected and they were divided into group A,B and C according to the concentration of Chlorhexidine,while the control group was treated with sterile saline.The oral nursing of q6h every time was conducted in all patients.Clinical related curative effect indexes were observed.ResultsThe incidence rate of oral odor,dental plaque index after nursing,body temperature,procalcitonin level and the incidence rate of VAP and the total mortality in group A,B and C were lower than those of the control group,and colony count after nursing,white blood cell count hospitalization costs in group A,B and C were fewer than those of the control group,the hospitalization time in group A,B and C was shorter than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The incidence rate of oral odor,dental plaque index after nursing and the incidence rate of VAP in group C were lower than those of the group A,the colony count after nursing,hospitalization costs in group C were lower than those of the group A (P＜0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in group C was lower than that in group A and group B,and that of control group(P＜0.05).ConclusionOral nursing conducted by Chlorhexidine solution for patients with tracheal intubation can improve the prognosis of patients with mechanical ventilation,and the higher the concentration in the study range,the better the effect,but the reasonable concentration should be chosen in clinic.
