CD138在尿路上皮及浆细胞样尿路上皮癌中的表达及其意义

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of CD138 in urothelial epithelium and urothelial carcinoma,and investigate whether it can be used as a basis for the diagnosis of plasmacytoid urothelial carcinoma.Methods30 cases of bladder biopsy specimens treated and followed-up in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2016 were collected,and among them,there were 9 cases of non-tumor amd benign lesion (group A),non invasive urothelial carcinoma were 12 cases(group B),invasive urothelial carcinoma(including the variant)were 9 cases(group C).The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CD138 in bladder biopsy tissue.ResultsCD138 has different level of expression in all three groups,including one week positive in group A and group C,and 1 case of group A and C was weakly positive and all others in three groups were positive.ConclusionCD138 can be expressed in the urothelial epithelium and the related lesions of urothelial epithelium carcinom,and CD138 can not be used as the basis for diagnosis of plasmacytoid urothelial carcinoma.
