运动康复护理对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及生活质量的影响

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of exercise rehabilitation nursing on cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods80 patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in our hospital during January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given exercise rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The recovery effect and quality of life between two groups were compared.ResultsThe heart function of the observation group was better than than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervation,there were no significant differences among the scores of indexes in SCL-36 in two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,those in the observation group were higher than those in the con trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionFor patients with chronic heart failure to take exercise rehabilitation nursing,can promote the recovery of heart function in patients to a certain extent and improve the quality of life of patients,It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
