| Perioperative nursing care of patients with acetabular prosthesis combined with particle impaction bone grafting acetabular revision |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the perioperative nursing care of patients with acetabular prosthesis combined with particle impaction bone grafting acetabular revision.Methods50 patients with acetabular prosthesis in our hospital from February 2013 to May 2015 were selected,all patients were treated with cementless acetabular components combined with bone graft impaction of acetabular revision,and were divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine perioperative nursing,while the onservation group was treated with comprehensive nursing in the perioperation period.The nursing effects were compared between two groups were compared.ResultsBefore operation,there were no significant differences between the scores of Harris in two groups(P>0.05);after operation,the scores of Harris in two groups were all increased,and compared with those before operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).And that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionIn the biological type acetabular prosthesis with particle impaction bone grafting in acetabular revision,give a scientific and reasonable perioperative nursing intervention can effectively promote the recovery of hip joint function,reduce the incidence of complications,it has clinical application and popularization value.
