ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of meticulous nursing in cesarean section and myomectomy.MethodsFrom February 2014 to January 2016,100 cases of cesarean section and myomectomy treated in our hospital were selected as objects.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group,and there were 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received：routine nursing,while the intervention group received routine care supplemented by meticulous care.Postoperative recovery indicators and nursing satisfaction degree between the two groups were compared.ResultsHospitalization time,temperature converting time(<38℃),anal exhaust time and lochia clean time in the intervention group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Total nursing satisfaction degree of patients in the intervention group(96.0%)was higher than that of the control group(80.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionMeticulous nursing intervention applied in cesarean section combined with myomectomy has good application effect.It can accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation rate,shorten the hospitalization time,improve the quality of nursing service and the satisfaction degreof patients,and it can be popularized and applied in primary hospitals.
