Abstract Objective To explore the application value of high quality nursing in nursing care of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods 118 patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of treatment,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was given high quality nursing.The quality of life,nursing satisfaction,pain degree and SAS and SDS scores were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of physical ability,social ability,health index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those in the control group;the degree of pain was lower than that in the control group;the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of high quality nursing care in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in nursing,can improve the quality of life of patients,improve the bad mood,relieve pain,improve patient satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical use.
