妊娠期糖尿病孕妇孕期体重增幅与母婴结局的关系

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between gestational weight gain in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus and maternal-infant outcomes.MethodsFrom January 2015 to January 2016,260 cases of pregnant women with gestational diabetes in our hospital for antenatal care and delivery were selected as the study subjects.According to the gestational weight gain,the pregnant women groups were divided into A,B and group.There were 117 pregnant women in group A,who were insufficient gestational weight gain (＜0.3 kg per week),105 pregnant women in group B,who were normal gestational weight gain (0.3-0.6 kg per week),and 38 pregnant women in group C,who were excessive gestational weight gain(＞0.6 kg per week).The gestational weight gain and pre-pregnancy BMI of pregnant women in three groups were recorded,and the maternal-infant outcomes of pregnant women in three groups were compared.ResultsThe incidence rate of anemia,gestational hypertension and dystocia of pregnant women in three groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).The incidence rate of postpartum bleeding in group C was higher than that in group A and B,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of premature delivery,low-birth weight,and neonatal asphyxia of pregnant women in three groups,the differences were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).The incidence rate of fetal macrosomia in group C was much higher than that in group A and B,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionFor pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus,overweight and obesity before pregnancy can be very dangerous.Excessive gestational weight gain for pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus will increase the incidence rate of postpartum bleeding and fetal macrosomia,which could be reduced a bit by insufficient gestational weight gain.
