精准护理干预对高血压患者血压及治疗依从性的影响

Abstract Objective To analyze the effect of precise nursing intervention on hypertension patients′ blood pressure and treatment compliance. Methods A total of 102 cases hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected, they were divided into control group and observation group according to odd even number grouping method, 51 cases in each group. The control group received routine clinical care, the observation group used precision nursing intervention, the blood pressure level, quality of life and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The scores of physical function, psychological state, social interaction, self-care ability and other quality of life indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The scores of medication compliance, diet compliance, exercise compliance, healthy living behavior and other treatment compliance indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05). Conclusion Using precise nursing intervention in patients with hypertension can reasonably control their blood pressure level, improve treatment compliance and improve quality of life.
