系统化健康教育对围生期产妇健康素养的干预效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo study the intervention effect of systematic health education on perinatal maternal health literacy so as to provide theoretical basis for improvement of the overall maternal and child health.MethodsAltogether 120 pregnant women who accepted regularly antenatal care in our hospital from July to December 2016 were selected as the objects of this research and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 60 cases in each group.The regular prenatal examination and prenatal guidance were used in the control group,and the study group was given systematic health education intervention based on the control group.The perinatal maternal health literacy scale was used to assess the level of maternal health literacy and the maternal pregnancy outcomes were assessed by using neonatal birth weight.ResultsThe total scores of health literacy score in study group was(112.68±8.31)scores and control group was(114.12±7.63)scores,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).After systematic health education,the scores of dimensions of health literacy and total scores of the patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were 5 cases(8.33%)of low birth weight and macrosomia in study group,was lower than that in the control group[9 cases(15.00%)],but the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).ConclusionSystematic health education can promote the health literacy level of perinatal pregnant women and improve the outcome of bad pregnancy,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
