暖宫七味散联合维生素E胶囊治疗高龄妇女卵巢储备功能下降的效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of Nuangong Qiwei Powder combined with Vitamin E Capsules in the treatment of ovarian reserve decline in women at advanced ages. Methods A total of 90 elderly women with decreased ovarian reserve function who were admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to September 2019 were selected. They were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method, 45 cases in each group. In the control group, Progesterone was used, while in the experimental group, Nuangong Qiwei Powder combined with Vitamin E Capsules were provided. The clinical treatment effect, and changes of luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), and estradiol (E2), serum anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH), sinus follicle number (AFC), and serum inhibin B (INHB) before treatment and 3 months after treatment were observed. Results After 3 months of treatment, the LH and FSH levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of E2, AMH,AFC, INHB levels were higher than those before treatment, the levels of the LH and FSH in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of E2, AMH, AFC, INHB levels were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total clinical response rate of the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Nuonggong Qiwei Powder combined with Vitamin E Capsules has a good effect on the reduction of ovarian reserve function in elderly women. It can not only improve the therapeutic effect and the levels of E2, AMH, AFC, but also reduce LH and FSH levels.
