预见性护理在肛周脓肿术后患者中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the application of predictive nursing in postoperative patients with perianal abscess.Methods Altogether 94 patients with perianal abscess who were admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group (n=47) and the observation group (n=47)according to the random single and double number method.The control group adopted routine nursing, the observation group adopted predictive nursing.The changes of postoperative pain, psychological score and nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in pain score before nursing (P＞0.05).The pain scores of the observation group after nursing for 2 and 5 days were lower than those of the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores before nursing between the two groups (P＞0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS after nursing in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of SAS and SDS after nursing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05).The scores of nursing work ability, nurse-patient relationship, patient compliance and nursing attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion Application of predictive nursing in postoperative patients with perianal abscess can effectively reduce postoperative pain, improve depression and anxiety scores, and promote nursing quality scores, which is of great clinical significance.
