Hemorheological indexes of patients with hyperlipidemia and their influence on biochemical detection of liver functions |

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate hemorheological indexes of patients with hyperlipidemia and their influence on biochemical detection of liver functions.MethodsAltogether 60 patients who were diagnosed as hyperlipemia and treated from January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital were selected as the observation group,60 healthy people who underwent physical examinations in our hospital over the same period were selected as the control group.The hemorheological indexes(whole blood viscosity at low shear rate 10/s,whole blood viscosity at middle shear rate 60/s,whole blood viscosity at high shear rate 150/s,plasma viscosity 120/s)and the liver function index[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(γ-GT)]of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe level of whole blood viscosity at low shear rate 10/s,whole blood viscosity at middle shear rate 60/s,whole blood viscosity at high shear rate 150/s,plasma viscosity 120/s in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of ALT,AST and γ-GT in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionThe hemorheological indexes and biochemical indicators of liver function of patients with hyperlipidemia are clinically tested and proven to be significantly higher than the normal population,which is conducive to the early diagnosis,prevention and treatment and has the use and promotion value.
