品管圈活动在新血液透析患者健康行为指导中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activities on healthy behavior guidance of new hemodialysis patients.Methods From March to October 2015,92 patients who received new hemodialysis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine healthy behavior guidance,and the observation group was given quality control circle activities and healthy behavior guidance.The related knowledge master,compliance and self-care level of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of related knowledge master in observation group (93.5%) was higher than that of the control group (76.1%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The compliance rate of observation group (91.3%) was higher than the control group (67.4%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After the guidance,the adverse health behaviors changed and the self-care level score of the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control circle of hemodialysis patients healthy behavior guidance can improve the degree of mastering the knowledge of the patients and compliance,and also reduce the adverse healthy behaviors of patients,improve self-care ability,has good effect.
