经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures in the elderly. Methods A total of 50 elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures in Jiujiang First People′s Hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random drawing method.The control group was treated with routine reduction and the study group was treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty.The therapeutic effect,score of low back pain (ODI) before and after treatment,visual analogue scale (VAS) score before and after treatment,vertebral body recovery after treatment and complications after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The ODI scores of 3,7 and 14 days after treatment in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The VAS scores of 3,7 and 14 days after treatment in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The Cobb angle of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The posterior edge height,midline height and anterior edge height of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications after treatment in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures in the elderly is accurate.
