腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者应用帕瑞昔布钠对血清前列腺素E2的影响及术后镇痛效果分析

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with application of Parecoxib Sodium on serum prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and the effect of postoperative analgesia.MethodsA total of 150 cases of abdominal laparoscopic surgery patients in our hospital from June 2015 to April 2017 were selected and divided into group A(saline blank control group),B(Parecoxib group)and C(Postoperative analgesic group of Parecoxib and Sufentanil)according to the random number table method and double blind method,50 cases in each group.The PGE2concentration and the degree of pain at different time points after surgery of three groups were compared.ResultsThe PGE2concentration of patients in group B 1,6,12 and 24 h after operation were lower than those of the other two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of patients in group B 1,6,12 and 24 h after operation were the lowest one in the three groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).ConclusionLaparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with application of Parecoxib Sodium can increase the alleviate serum PGE2and decrease the concentration of PGE2.The postoperative analgesic effect is obvious and worth promoting.
