胃癌组织中再生基因、转录辅助因子退变样蛋白表达与淋巴结转移的相关性

Abstract Objective To analyze the correlation between the expression of regeneration gene 1α (REG1α), vestigiallike family member 4 (VGLL4) and lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer tissue.Methods A total of 82 patients with gastric cancer admitted to Shangrao People′s Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were retrospectively selected as the research objects.According to whether the patients had lymph node metastasis, they were divided into metastasis group (55 cases) and non-metastatic group (27 cases).The positive expression rates of REG1α and VGLL4 were compared between the two groups.And the correlation between the above-mentioned protein expression and lymph node metastasis was analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of REG1α in the metastatic group was significantly higher than that in the non-metastatic group, and the positive expression rate of VGLL4 was lower than that in the nonmetastatic group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Pearson rank correlation analysis showed that the expression of REG1α was significantly positively correlated with lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer, and the expression of VGLL4 was significantly negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer (P<0.05).Conclusion REG1α and VGLL4 can be used as effective indicators to assess whether patients with gastric cancer have lymph node metastasis or not, and their expression is related to the lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.
