综合护理预防心血管内科重症监护室急性心肌梗死患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing on the prevention of DVT thrombosis in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI)in CCU.Methods A total of 88 patients with clinically diagnosed AMI who admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from January to December 2020 were selected.According to the sequence of admission time,they were divided into the control group (44 cases)and the observation group(44 cases).The control group received routine clinical nursing and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The coagulation indicators(prothrombin time[PT],activated partial thrombin time[APTT],D-dimer[D-dimer],fibrinogen [FBG],etc.),incidence of lower extremity DVT and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of lower limb DVT in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no difference in coagulation indicators(such as PT,APTT,D-dimer,FBG etc.)before nursing between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,PT,APPT,D-dime,FBG of the observation group were lower than before nursing,APPT ot the control group was lower than before nursing,PT,APPT,D-dime,FBG of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is helpful to reduce the incidence of lower limb DVT,the coagulation indicators,nursing quality and satisfaction in patients with AMI of CCU.
