补肝益肾活血汤治疗强直性脊柱炎肝肾不足证的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bugan Yishen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods Sixty patients with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome of ankylosing spondylitis who admitted to Yangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into Western medicine group and Chinese medicine group by coin flipping method,with 30 cases in each group.The Western medicine group was treated with Celecoxib (0.2 g/time,2 times/d),and the Chinese medicine group was treated with Celecoxib and Bugan Yishen Huoxue Decoction(Chinese medicine bulk granules).The curative effect,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,pain score,spinal joint function,activity index before and after treatment and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was higher than that in the Western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in TCM syndrome score and visual analog scale (VAS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and VAS score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and VAS score in the Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the Western medicine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in Bath ankylosing spondylitis functional index(BASFI)and Bath ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index(BASDAI)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,BASFI and BASDAI in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,BASFI and BASDAI in Chinese medicine group were lower than those in Western medicine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Bugan Yishen Huoxue Decoction is effective in treating liver and kidney deficiency syndrome of ankylosing spondylitis.Comparing with Western medicine alone,it can significantly improving the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,reducing pain,improving spinal joints and mobility,and has high safety.
