“互联网+”背景下慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者“延续性居家护理”服务研究进展

Abstract The article illustrates the concepts of “internet plus”, “continuous nursing” and “home care”. And then it makes a review on the current research status of continuous home care for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients in the context of internet plus at home and abroad, including the necessity of providing outside hospitals continuous home care for COPD patients, the status of COPD patients’ demand for continuous home care, the content of this demand, main models, the formal of internet plus services, the evaluation of implementation and effects and the existential problems. It provides references to build and implement standardized continuous home care service models for COPD patients in the context of internet plus.
