宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈癌前病变的临床效果观察

Abstract ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of cervical loop eleetrosurgieal excision procedure(LEEP)treating cervical precancerous lesions.MethodsFrom March 1,2015 to February 28,2016,82 patients with cervical precancerous lesion treated in our hospital were selected.By odd and even number,they were divided into two group and there were 41 cases in each group.Patients of control group were treated with conventional surgery,while patients of observation group were treated with cervical LEEP.The clinical effect,surgical related indicators,incidence of complications,and recurrence rate were compared between two groups.ResultsIn the observation group,the total clinical effective rate was 95.12%,the surgical related indicators including operation time[(8.69±3.74)min],intraoperative blood loss[(12.48±4.72)ml],and hospital stay[(2.43±1.05)d]and incidence of complications(9.76%)and recurrence rate(7.32%)in the observation group were better than those of control group[the total clinical effective rate:73.17%;the operation time:(42.17±5.48)min;intraoperative blood loss:(40.86±15.64)ml;hospital stay:(6.45±1.64)d;the incidence of complications:29.27%;recurrence rate:24.39%](P<0.05).ConclusionFor patients with precancerous lesions,effect of cervical LEEP is superior.
