衡阳市社区中年2型糖尿病患者生活质量现状及影响因素分析

Abstract Objective To investigate the life quality of middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes in Hengyang community and analyze its influencing factors.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select 330 middleaged patients with type 2 diabetes in 3 communities in Hengyang from November 2020 to February 2021.The general life quality questionnaire and diabetes specific quality of life scale (DSQL)were used to investigate the patients′life quality and its influencing factors.Results The average score of life quality of middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes in Hengyang community was(61.75±13.19)points,which was in the middle level,the scores of physiology,psychology,social relations and treatment were(25.04±7.53),(23.69±5.57),(7.08±2.58)and(5.93±2.07)points.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that long course of disease,multiple complications and sleep disorder were independent risk factors affecting patients′life quality (P＜0.05),while regular exercise,fasting blood glucose level and waist circumference were protective factors affecting patients′life quality (P＜0.05).Conclusion The life quality of middleaged patients with type 2 diabetes in Hengyang community is at a medium level.Community medical staff should promote their healthy behavior,take proper exercise,reduce psychological pressure,and build up confidence in overcoming diseases,so as to improve the life quality of patients.
