腹腔镜胆道镜双镜联合治疗胆总管结石的临床效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of laparoscope combined with choledochoscope in the treatment of choledocholithiasis.MethodsA total of 156 patients who were suffered from choledocholithiasis from June 2014 to January 2017 in our hospital were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 78 patients in each group.In the experimental group,combination of laparoscope and choledochoscope was used,while in the control group,traditional laparotomy was provided.The incidence rate of postoperative complications,operation time,amount of bleeding,hospital stay,and recovery time of gastrointestinal function were compared between the two groups.ResultsNo residual stone occurred in both groups.The incidence rate of wound infection,biliary fistula and esophagitis was 1.28%,0.00%and 2.56%in the experimental group,and the incidence rate was 8.97%,3.85%,and 11.54%in the control group,which was displayed a statistical difference (P＜0.05).The operation time in the experimental group was longer than that in the control group,and the other indexes of amount of bleeding in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,hospital stay after surgery and recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).ConclusionCombination of laparoscope and choledochoscope in the treatment of choledocholithiasis has advantages of low incidence of postoperative complications,short recovery period,and low residual stone rate.
