Analysis of protective effect of graphene infrared ray and Traditional Chinese Medicine package integrated hot compresser on early dysfunction of internal fistula |

Abstract Objective To analyze the protective effect of graphene infrared ray and Traditional Chinese Medicine package integrated hot compresser on early dysfunction of internal fistula. Methods A total of 60 patients treated with autologous arteriovenous fistula plasty in Shangrao City People′s Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random coin tossing, with 30 in each group.Control group was treated with hirudoid cream, and observation group was treated with graphene infrared radiation combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress, and the observation time was 6 months. The autologous fistula vascular indicators and serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine (Scr) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The diameter of internal fistula, blood flow of internal fistula and blood flow during dialysis in observation group within 6 months after treatment were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Six months after treatment, the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, BUN and Scr in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Graphene infrared radiation combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress has a protective effect on early dysfunction of arteriovenous fistula in patients with hemodialysis, and it can promote metabolism and accelerate blood circulation.
