钬激光碎石取石术与传统手术治疗泌尿系结石的临床效果比较

Abstract Objective To compare the clinical effect of holmium laser lithotripsy and traditional surgery in the treatment of urinary calculi.Methods A total of 100 patients with urinary calculi admitted to Fifth People′s Hospital of Liaoyang City from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected and divided into study group and reference group by drawing lots,with 50 cases respectively.The control group was treated with traditional pneumatic lithotripsy and the study group was treated with holmium laser lithotripsy.The success rate of one-time lithotripsy,operation time,blood loss and total inci dence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of one-time lithotripsy in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of holmium laser lithotripsy for patients with urinary calculi is better than that of traditional surgery,which shortens the operation time,and also reduces the amount of bleeding,has fewer complications and safer.It is worthy of wide promotion and application in clinic.
