Abstract Objective To study the application value of multi-center homogeneous medical quality management in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 102 patients admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Dalian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from August 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group underwent routine management,and the observation group underwent multi-center homogeneous medical quality management.The clinical satisfaction,management quality scores and medical staff service scores were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of health education,service attitude,complication management and ward management of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical satisfaction rate of the observation group(96.08%)was higher than that of the control group(78.43%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,scores of specialized theory,skills and humanistic ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multi-center homogeneous medical quality management in obstetrics and gynecology can effectively improve management quality and service quality,thereby improving clinical satisfaction.
