预见性护理在预防长期卧床所致压疮中的效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of predictive care in preventing pressure sore caused by long-term bed.Methods 98 long-term bed patients treated in our hospital from August 1,2014 to July 31,2016 were selected as study object,and they were randomly divided into group A(n=49)and group B(n=49)using the lottery grouping method.Group A was given predictive care,while group B was given routine care.The formation time and incidence of pressure sores,frequency of defecation and skin lesions situation in patients between the two groups were compared.Results The formation time of pressure sore in group A was(10.21±1.05)days,and it was longer than that in group B [(4.36±1.14)days],and frequency of defecation per week was(2.86± 1.04)times in group A and it was more than that of group B[(1.02±0.38)times],and the score of skin lesions degree was(1.12±0.37)points,the score of skin lesions score was(1.51±0.48)points and the incidence of pressure ulcer was 6.12%,and it was lower than that of group B [(3.54±0.89)points,(3.66±0.74)points and 20.41%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of predictive care for long-term bed patients is beneficial to the prevention of pressure sore,and it can relaxing the bowels,and the effect of reducing the lesion area and reducing the degree of skin lesions is more ideal.
