氟西汀合并小剂量利培酮治疗难治性抑郁症的效果及安全性评估

Abstract Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Fluoxetine combined with low-dose Risperidone in the treatment of refractory depression.Methods From July 2012 to July 2016,70 patients with refractory depression in our hospital were selected as subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,each with 35 cases.The control group was treated with Fluoxetine and the observation group was treated with low-dose Risperidone (0.5-2.0 mg/d),continuous use for 12 weeks.The HAMD depression scores,CGI-SI curative effect evaluation and side effects score of patients in two groups were compared.Results The HAMD score and CGI-SI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at the end of 4,8 and 12 weeks after trestment,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).The score of side effects in the observation group at the end of 12 weeks were compared with the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy of FLuoxetine and low-dose Risperidone can improve the therapeutic effect,promote the remission of symptoms such as depression,control the diseaseand high safety,it is worth promoting.
