护理管理干预对减少慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者住院费用的效果及影响因素分析

Abstract Objective To analysis the effect of nursing management intervention on hospitalization expenses of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and its influencing factors.Methods Clinical data of 90 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the nursing management method,the patients were divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with routine nursing management,and the comprehensive group was given the comprehensive nursing management.The prevalence of hospitalization,hospitalization and nursing management satisfaction and the incidence of nursing disputes were compared between the two groups.The total effective rate of treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,anxiety and depression of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results In the comprehensive group,the satisfaction rate of nursing was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,the incidence of comprehensive group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group,the hospitalization time of the patients was significantly shorter than that of the conventional group,and the cost of hospitalization was significantly lower than that of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of comprehensive group was significantly higher than that of conventional group(P＜0.05).The scores of SAS,SDS,SF-36 of the two groups were similar before nursing (P＞0.05);after treatment,the scores of SAS,SDS,SF-36 in the comprehensive group were significantly better than those in the conventional group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing management intervention can effectively reduce the patients′bad mood,speed up the rehabilitation of the disease,shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the hospitalization expenses,improve the quality of life and the satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of care disputes,so it is worth promoting.
