外固定架联合负压封闭引流术、皮瓣移植治疗开放胫腓骨骨折并软组织缺损的临床研究

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of external fixator combined with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)and skin flap transplantation in the treatment of patients of open tibiofibular fracture with soft tissue defect.Methods A total of 80 patients with open tibiofibular fracture and tissue defect admitted to the Ganzhou People′s Hospital from July 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases).The control group was treated with external fixator combined with conventional dressing change,the second stage was treated with flap transplantation.The observation group was treated with external fixator combined with VSD.The treatment effect,clinical related indicators(wound cleaning time,fracture healing time,granulation tissue time,hospitalization time),ankle joint and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The wound cleaning time,fracture healing time,granulation tissue appearance time,hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The ankle score and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of external fixator combined with VSD and skin flap transplantation in the treatment of open tibiofibular fracture and soft tissue defect is effective.
