| The clinical curative effect of Vinpocetine combined with Shuxuetong Injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction |

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Vinpocetine combined with Shuxuetong Injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 86 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods,each group of 43 cases.The patients in two groups were treated with oxygen inhalation,maintenance of vital signs,Aspirin oral,intravenous input of brain cell nutrition,blood lipid-lowering drug and other symptomatic and supportive treatment.The patients in the study group were given Vinpocetine 20 mg joined in 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection 250 ml intravenous drip,1 time a day,Shuxuetong Injection 6 ml joined in 5% Glucose Injection 250 ml intravenous drip,1 time a day,the course of treatment was 14 days.The patients in the control group were treated with Citicoline 0.75 g joined in 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection 250 ml intravenous drip,Fufang Danshen injection 20 ml joined in 5% Glucose Injection 250 ml intravenous drip,1 time a day,the course of treatment was 14 days.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,the changes of NIHSS and ADL scores before and after treatment in the two groups were also compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of patients in the study group (97.6%) was higher than that in the control group (76.7%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).NIHSS and ADL scores were compared in the two groups before treatment,and the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05).After treatment,the ADL score of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the NIHSS score was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Vinpocetine combined with Shuxuetong Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve the neurological function and the life quality of patients.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
