参附注射液在第二产程中应用的临床研究

Abstract Objective To investigate the application effect of Shenfu Injection in the second stage of labor.Methods 80 primiparae with hospital delivery in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Dexing City from January to May 2017 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,and there were 40 cases in each group.Observation group was given 5%Glucose 500 ml plusing intravenous drip of Shenfu Injection 40 ml in the second stage of labor,while control group was given intravenous drip of 5%Glucose 500 ml in the second stage of labor.The time of second stage of labor,Apgar 1 min score and postpartum bleeding volume were compared between the two groups.Results The time of second stage of labor in observation group was shorter than that in control group,and Apgar 1 min score was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).The intrapartum and postpartum bleeding volume of observation group were significantly fewer than those of control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Shenfu Injection can shorten the second stage of labor,reduce postpartum bleeding and improve Neonatal score.It can provide basis for more extensive application of traditional Chinese medicine and provide new methods for clinical treatment.
