| Clinical effect of nursing intervention in the prevention of complications after the intervention therapy of intracranial aneurysm |

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention in the prevention of complications after the intervention therapy of intracranial aneurysm.Methods 106 patients with intracranial aneurysm treated in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2016 were selected as subjects.All patients were treated with interventional surgery and were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method,53 cases in each group.The conventional group adopted the conventional nursing care,the intervention group adopted the nursing intervention.The psychological state,quality of life,nursing satisfaction and complications for two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,the the SAS,SDS and ADL scores between two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of intervention group were lower than those in the conventional group,the ADL scores were higher than that in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of intervention group (94.34%)were higher than that in the conventional group (79.25%),and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the intervention group(5.66%)was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(22.64%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion After the intervention therapy of intracranial aneurysm,the nursing intervention can promote the patient′s fast recovery,improve their psychological state and quality of life,reduce the incidence rate of complications and enhance the patient′s clinical satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
