时间-血糖曲线下面积联合凝血功能指标对妊娠期糖尿病患者围产结局的预测效能分析

Abstract Objective To analyze the predictive efficacy of time-glucose area under the curve (AUC) combined with coagulation function indicators on perinatal outcomes of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods The clinical data of 78 patients with GDM admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College between March 2018 and March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different perinatal outcomes, they were divided into the case group (with adverse perinatal outcomes, 40 cases) and the control group (without adverse perinatal outcomes, 38 cases). The AUC of time-glucose and coagulation function indicators (R value and K value of thromboelastic graph) were compared between the two groups, and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was drawn to analyze the predictive efficacy of AUC of time-glucose and coagulation function related indicators on perinatal outcome of GDM patients. Results The AUC of time-glucose of case group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The R value and K value of thromboelastogram in the case group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The AUC of time-glucose and AUC values of thromboelastogram R value, K value were larger than the reference line (P＜0.05), and the cut-off values were 17.62 mmol·h, 6.76 min, 1.46 min. Conclusion AUC of time-glucose and coagulation function indicators can effectively predict the perinatal outcomes of patients with GDM, and have high clinical application value.
