| Effect of psychological nursing combined with health guidance on patients with advanced ovarian cancer chemotherapy |

Abstract Objective To investigate the application and effect of psychological nursing and health guidance in patients with advanced ovarian cancer chemotherapy.Methods A total of 80 patients with advanced ovarian cancer chemotherapy treated in our hospital from March 2015 to January 2017 were selected as subjects.Patients were randomly divided into two groups,each with 40 cases.The general group was subjected to routine nursing intervention and the intervention group carried out psychological nursing and health guidance on the basis of general group.The chemotherapy effect of advanced ovarian cancer,the cognitive status of ovarian cancer disease,the compliance of chemotherapy,the satisfaction degree of nursing and the psychological status of SCL-90 in the patients before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of chemotherapy for ovarian cancer in the intervention group(92.50%)was higher than that in the general group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).In the intervention group,the knowledge cognition of ovarian disease,the compliance of chemotherapy compliance,and the nursing satisfaction score were all higher than those in the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before the intervention,the each index scores of the SCL-90 of patients in the two groups were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).After intervention,the scores of SCL-90 in the intervention group was lower than that in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing and health guidance in the treatment of patients with advanced ovarian cancer chemotherapy is effective,they can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients,deepen their understanding of ovarian cancer disease knowledge,improve chemotherapy compliance and nursing satisfaction,improve the effect of chemotherapy.It is worth promoting the application.
