综合护理干预在经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者护理中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH)treated by percutaneous transluminal foramen endoscopy.Methods A total of 94 patients with LDH who were treated by percutaneous transluminal foramen endoscopy in Huazhong University of Science and Technology Union Shenzhen Hospital from January to April 2019 were selected as research objects.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random digital table method,47 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received basic nursing intervention during perioperative period,and the patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The treatment and recovery effects,visual analog pain(VAS)scores and nursing satisfaction before and after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The excellence rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After different nursing interventions,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,the VAS score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The comprehensive nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was 95.74%,higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with LDH treated by percutaneous transluminal foramen endoscopy can significantly reduce the pain of patients and accelerate the postoperative recovery of patients.
