快速康复护理在输尿管镜碎石患者围术期护理中的临床应用

Abstract Objective To analyze the clinical application of rapid rehabilitation nursing(FTS)in perioperative nursing of ureteroscopic lithotripsy patients.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,106 cases patients of ureteroscopic lithotripsy treated in Beijing Fangshan District Liangxiang Hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the order of admission,53 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with ureteroscopic lithotripsy.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing measures during perioperative period,while the experimental group was given FTS nursing during perioperative period.The postoperative exhaust time,out of bed time,hospitalization time,total hospitalization expenses between the two groups were compared,and the total incidence of complications such as hematuria,fever and pain between the two groups were calculated.Results The recovery time index of the experimental group such as postoperative exhaust time,time to get out of bed and hospitalization time in the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the hospitalization cost was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative period of patients with ureteroscopic lithotripsy,FTS nursing can shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time,reduce the related complications and reduce the cost of treatment.
