足三里穴位注射在脓毒症患者免疫调理中的应用

Abstract Objective To observe the effect of normal saline injection at zusanli acupoint on immune indexes of patients with sepsis.Methods A total of 40 sepsis patients admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) of Shunde Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 20 patients in each group.All the patients were given standard treatment according to sepsis guidelines, the observation group was injected with normal saline at zusanli acupoint once a day for 7 days on the basis of control group.The white blood cell count (WBC) and absolute lymphocyte value (LYM) of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Immune indexes (total number of T cells[CD3+], number of helper T cells[CD4+], ratio of helper T cells to inhibitory T cells[CD4+/CD8+]), acute physiology and chronic health status scoring system Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ) scores were compared between two groups before and after treatment.The outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of LYM, CD3+, CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the two groups after 7 d of treatment were higher than those before treatment, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).LYM, CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+after 7 days of treatment in observation group were higher than those in control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The WBC and APACHEⅡscores of the two groups after 7 d of treatment were lower than those before treatment, with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in WBC and APACHEⅡscores between the two groups after 7 days of treatment (P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in 28-day mortality between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Zusanli acupoint injection of normal saline can improve the immune indexes of patients with sepsis, and it has certain application value in the treatment of sepsis.
