Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of time concept combined with humanistic care in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 116 patients with schizophrenia who were hospitalized in Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau Psychiatric Hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(58 cases)and the observation group(58 cases)according to random number table method.The control group adopted conventional nursing measures,and the observation group adopted the nursing measures of time concept combined with humanistic care.The rehabilitation efficacy,sight and treatment attitude and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of rehabilitation efficacy,insight and treatment attitude scores and nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups before intervention were not statistically different(P＞0.05).After intervention,the rehabilitation efficacy scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of insight and treatment attitude and nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Nursing measures based on time concept combined humanistic care can improve the rehabilitation efficacy of patients with schizophrenia,improve the insight and treatment attitude of patients,and thereby improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
