| Application effect of whole-course nursing intervention in patients with acute cardiac tamponade during cardiac intervention |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of whole-course nursing intervention in patients with acute pericardial tamponade during cardiac intervention.Methods A total of 56 patients with acute pericardial tamponade during cardiac intervention in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the reference group and the nursing group by lottery,28 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group received conventional nursing.In the nursing group,whole-course nursing intervention was used.The amount of intraoperative blood loss,the time of operation,hospital stay,hospitalization cost,and nursing effectiveness rate were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of intraoperative blood loss of the nursing group was less than that in the reference group,the hospitalization cost in the nursing group was lower than that in the reference group,and the time of operation and the hospital stay of the nursing group were shorter than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total nursing effectiveness rate of the nursing group was 96.43%,higher than that of the reference group accounting for 75.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The whole-course nursing intervention during cardiac intervention with acute cardiac tamponade can reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss.The operation can be performed smoothly,and the patients can recover fast after operation,which has clinical significance and can be preferred.
