| Observation of preventive effect of acupuncture point moxibustion with Tradeitional Chinese Medical nursing intervention to prevent the deep venous thrombosis after total knee replacement |

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture point moxibustion with tradeitional Chinese medical nursing interventin to prevent the deep venous thrombosis(DVT)after total knee replacement(TKA).Methods The 60 patients admitted to our hospital from May 2010 to May 2017 were selected as the subjects of the study,and they were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,each with 30 cases.The control group underwent interventions including limb lift,ankle passive activity,continuous passive motion exercise and sole vein pump.The experimental group underwent interventions including limb lift,ankle passive activity,continuous passive motion exercise,sole vein pump massages on calf,biceps and quadriceps,acupuncture point moxibustion,Traditional Chinese Medicine external treatment,herbal oral and Traditional Chinese Medicine diet.The incidence of both groups was compared.Results 1 case of DVT (3.33%)was produced of postoperative in the experimental group,5 patients(16.67%)were produced in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusions The Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture point moxibustion with traditional Chinese medical nursing interventins help to reduce the incidence of DVT after TKA.
