Abstract：Objective To investigate the value of CT combined with serum carbohydrate protein 125(CA125)and human epididymal protein 4(HE4)in the preoperative staging of female pelvic adjunct mass.Methods A total of 92 female patients with pelvic accessory mass admitted to Jianli People′s Hospital in Hubei Province from September 2016 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent CT examination,blood samples were collected to detect serum levels of CA125 and HE4,and pathological puncture diagnosis was performed to clarify the nature of the mass.The consistency between CT combined with serum CA125 and HE4 diagnosis and pathological diagnosis was analyzed to determine the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the combined diagnosis.With pathological staging as the gold standard,the evaluation value of CT combined with serum CA125 and HE4 for preoperative staging of female pelvic adjuncts was analyzed.Results Of the 92 patients,41(44.57%)were malignant and 51(55.43%)were benign.The levels of serum CA125 and HE4 in benign group were lower than those in malignant group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The consistency between CT diagnosis of pelvic adnexal malignant masses and pathological diagnosis was 0.732.The consistency of serum CA125 combined with HE4 in the diagnosis of pelvic adrenal malignancy was 0.594.The consistency of CT combined with serum CA125 and HE4 in the diagnosis of pelvic adnexal malignant masses was 0.801.With pathological puncture diagnosis as the gold standard,the total coincidence rate of CT combined with serum CA125 and HE4 in the evaluation of preoperative clinical staging of patients with malignant mass was 80.49%.The serum CA125 and HE4 of stage Ⅰpatients were lower than those of stage Ⅱand Ⅲ,and the serum CA125 and HE4 of stage Ⅱpatients were lower than that of stage Ⅲpatients,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CT combined with serum CA125 and HE4 has a high value in the identification of pelvic appendages including properties,and can be used in preoperative staging evaluation.
