Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of stent graft in Stanford type B aortic dissection (AD).Methods From January 2012 to December 2014,60 patients with type B AD treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into conservative treatment group (30 cases) and intervention group (30 cases). The patients were treated with conservative treatment and interventional treatment of stent graft. The mortality rate, complication rate, hospitalization time and blood pressure target achievement rate, treatment compliance and survival rate were observed at 2 years after discharge. Results The length of hospital stay in the intervention group [(26.1±10.1)d] was significantly lower than that in the conservative treatment group (33.9±17.8) d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 years of discharge, the blood pressure target achievement rate (93.33%),survival rate(93.33%) and treatment adherence(93.33%) of intervention group were significantly higher than those in the conservative treatment group(60.00%,53.33%,73.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with type B AD underwent endovascular surgery, which not only rapid recovery, has fewer postoperative complications, but also has higher survival rate, good long-term and short-term curative effect.Should be promoted.
