Application effect of offline and online mixed teaching mode based on classroom and MOOC in nursing teaching

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of offline and online mixed teaching mode based on classroom and MOOC in nursing teaching. Methods A total of 136 students of the 2017 grade nursing undergraduates in Mudanjiang Medical University from March to July 2018 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 68 cases in each group.The students in the control group adopted the conventional teaching method, and the students in the observation group adopted the offline and online mixed teaching mode based on classroom and MOOC. After the end of the teaching, the students in the observation group were selected as the survey objects, and the teaching effect of the offline and online mixed teaching mode based on classroom and MOOC was investigated. All students were selected as survey subjects to compare the comprehensive abilities of the two groups. Results Most of students in the observation group were satisfied with the teaching effect of the offline and online mixed teaching mode based on classroom and MOOC, and the total satisfaction rate was above 90%. The scores of learning ability, time utilization ability, communication ability and knowledge induction ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The offline and online mixed teaching mode based on classroom and MOOC can effectively improve the teaching effect of nursing students.
