Abstract:Objective To investigate the efect of Alginate dressing combined with He-Ne laser in the treatment of incision fat liquefaction.Methods A total of 40 patients with abdominal incision fat liquefaction from January 2015 to April 2018 in our hospital were selected as the subjects.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Alginate dressing combined with He-Ne laser irradiation,while the control group was treated with traditional dry dressing change combined with He-Ne laser irradiation.The healing time of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results All the incisions with fat liquefaction completely healed.The wound healing time of the experimental group was(8.23±1.05)d,which was shorter than that of the control group for(11.92±1.24)d,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Alginate dressing combined with He-Ne laser irradiation in the treatment of abdominal incision fat liquefaction can accelerate the healing of incision fat liquefaction,shorten the time of wound treatment,with clinical popularization value.
