红霉素和阿奇霉素序贯疗法与单用阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎患儿的效果对比

摘要目的探究红霉素和阿奇霉素的序贯疗法治疗支原体肺炎的效果。方法选取2015年9月～2017年8月我院儿科收治的200例支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象，采用随机分组方式分为两组，每组各100例。两组患儿均给予常规对症治疗，在此基础上，对照组患儿给予单一阿奇霉素治疗，观察组患儿给予红霉素、阿奇霉素序贯治疗。比较两组患儿的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、治疗时间和住院时间。结果治疗后，观察组患儿的治疗总有效率（97.0%）高于对照组（88.0%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。服药治疗期间，观察组患儿的不良反应总发生率（4.0%）低于对照组（13.0%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患儿的治疗时间及住院时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论红霉素与阿奇霉素联合的序贯疗法有助于减轻支原体肺炎患儿的药物不良反应，缩短治疗时间，使患者早日康复。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of Erythromycin and Azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods Altogether 200 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from September 2015 to August 2017 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into two groups,100 cases in each group.The children of two groups were both given conventional symptomatic treatment,the children in the control group were treated with Azithromycin alone,while the children in the observation group were treated with Erythromycin and Azithromycin sequential therapy.The total effective rate,adverse reaction rate,treatment time and hospitalization duration were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group(97.0%)was higher than that in the control group(88.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).During the treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (4.0%)was lower than that in the control group(13.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The treatment time and hospitalization duration of the children in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe sequential therapy of Erythromycin and Azithromycin can help to reduce the adverse drug reactions of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,shorten the treatment time,and make the patients recover early.
