Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Fumarillon combined with Ganciclovir in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis.Methods56 patients with herpes simplex keratitis were enrolled in our hospital from May 2015 to January 2016.They were divided into control group(n=34)and study group(n=34),The control group was given Ganciclovir Gel for treatment, the study group on the basis of combined with Fluoride Miron Eye Drops for treatment, compared the two groups of treatment, recurrence, treatment time and safety.ResultsThe incidence of adverse reactions there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The re lapse rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe combination of Mometrolone and Ganciclovir in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis is effective, safe and low recurrence rate, which can effectively shorten the treatment time and deserve clinical selection and further popularization.
