Investigation and research on the identification of pharmacy management undergraduates in our school

Abstract:Objective To investigate the professional identity of the undergraduate students majoring in pharmaceutical management from 2016 to 2019 in Guizhou Medical University,and to collect the evaluation and suggestions of the undergraduate students majoring in pharmaceutical management on the professional training process.Methods Questionnaires were used to collect the basic information,professional identity,professional employment expectation and professional Suggestions of the students majoring in pharmaceutical management from 2016 to 2019.Results Students′ overall professional identity was(0.5146±0.1420)points,among which the highest score was(0.6059±0.1760)points in the professional teaching identity dimension and the lowest score was(0.4501±0.1945)points in the professional employment confidence dimension.The interviewees′ grade,gender,whether they chose their major or not,and whether they were extroverted would affect the students′ professional identity(P<0.05).Conclusion Undergraduate students majoring in pharmaceutical Management have a strong professional teaching identity.It is suggested to improve the curriculum structure,strengthen professional publicity,and improve students′ confidence in the employment of pharmaceutical management major to promote the development of pharmaceutical management major.
