宫腔镜息肉摘除术治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果

Abstract Objective To analyze the effect of hysteroscopic polypectomy in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 86 patients with endometrial polyps in Dalian Jinpu New District Maternal and Child Health Hospita of from December 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(43 cases)and observation group(43 cases)by random number table method.The control group were treated with curettage under hysteroscopy,while the observation group were treated with hysteroscopic polypectomy.The overall incidence of complications,pregnancy rate,recurrence rate,operation index,endometrial thickness,menstrual volume and hemoglobin volume were compared between the two groups.Results The overall incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the operation time,antibiotic use time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the amount of intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the endometrial thickness of the observation group was less than that of the control group,the menstrual volume of the observation group was less than the control group,and the hemoglobin volume of the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic polypectomy for patients with endometrial polyps can effectively improve the endometrial thickness and menstrual condition of patients,improve the pregnancy rate of patients,and the complications of this surgical treatment are less,which is worthy of clinical application.
